About the Facilitator:
Kiara Lee-Benton, MSW, is a holistic trauma healing coach, dynamic speaker, and valued consultant. Kiara has worked with survivors of trauma for over 12 years. Over this time, Kiara has supported thousands of individuals along their healing journey; each person with their own unique needs and circumstances; each person harnessing a well of power and healing energy just waiting to be accessed.
Kiara works with individuals to transcend their understanding of who they are after trauma by finding ways to reconnect with their bodies and to identify and set boundaries that affirm their needs and support their healing. Kiara uses mindfulness, gentle movement, plant medicine, and more to help balance and heal the mind, body, spirit, and emotions.
